Reiner is a consumer protection trial lawyer in Germany and California and in this video he says there is no legal doubt about the possibility of a Class Action Lawsuit against those responsible for the lockdowns, from the local level all the way to the WHO and many pharma companies in between.

He describes the filing of a Class Action Law Suit in the United States, against the corona measures, saying this could happen with a bang if millions around the world join in. Class Action Law Suits are not well known in Europe, especially because they are complicated, lacking a similar legal basis than they have in the US. For this reason it would be filed in the US, representing the world population. Under civil tort law, all those who have been harmed by Lockdowns would be due compensation if it can be legally qualified that 'Crimes against humanity' have been committed as defined in Section 7 of the International Criminal Code.

At the heart of the case is the validity of PCR tests that are being used to justify all actions being taken by Governments around the world. The PCR test has been and is being touted and promoted by WHO – and by other leading health institutions in the western world, such as the US NIAID / NIH and CDC, as well as by researchers from the German Center for Infection Research (DZIF) at Charité, Hospital, Berlin.

Reiner asserts that investigations against the perpetrators of these lockdowns, that is the individual officials responsible for them, must be launched. He demands that every penny of their net worth be turned over to those they harmed financially and prison sentences imposed for those where it is proven the lockdown and associated orders caused physical injuries that include death. It is hoped that stripping the perpetrators of everything they have would serve as a warning to any future tyrants attempting anything as damaging as a Lockdown. In a Class Action Law Suit these are the only damages that can possibly be awarded, rather than damages against the state beyond the current assets it has. Otherwise, damages would be paid by the people themselves via taxes and would be counter-productive.
